The full cycle of a job, in one place

ROIS is the work order management system for road maintenance companies and concession operators. Every work order covers its full cycle: it opens on the road, moves through the validation states that apply to it, and closes with its own documentation. Each concession’s data is kept separate from any other’s on the same platform: isolation is checked by automated tests before every release (see Security and data).

The tablet is the crew’s workplace on the road: photos, sketches and GPS location are captured on the same device, even without coverage, and sync themselves once the signal returns.

Interventions, accidents and communications

Every event on the road has its own record: a maintenance intervention, an accident or a communication with a third party. All three share the same validation flow and the same history, but each one keeps the specific data that belongs to it.

Campaigns

A campaign groups the work on a road and a specific stretch of kilometres under one name, with its own assigned crew. It’s how a stretch of ongoing work gets planned without losing track of which campaign each intervention belongs to.

Budgets

Interventions can be broken down into budget items, grouped into categories. It’s the basis for invoicing with the same breakdown the crew used in the field, without rebuilding it by hand at the end of the month.

Time management

Each worker’s hours are logged by intervention and by day — including the intervention that starts one day and ends the next, which is split automatically between the two days. The result exports to Excel grouped by worker and day, or by day and intervention.

Reports

Every intervention, accident, communication, campaign and surveillance route generates its own PDF report, with the photos and data attached to it. Historical records of any type can also be exported to Excel to work with outside ROIS.
