The order is opened
Every work order starts with its road, its stretch by PK and at least one responsible team, and gets a unique reference.

The whole stretch, in one case file
Actions and accidents on the stretch are recorded from the tablet; the control room and the office add the communications. They all sit under their order and share its case file number.

Nothing is closed half-done
The office reviews and validates each action, which follows its status workflow according to the role of whoever handles it. An order cannot be closed while it has actions that are not validated.

One report with everything
The full order report brings all its records together in one PDF, with their photos. And historical data, hours and budget items export to Excel in a couple of clicks.

Security and data
Each organisation accesses only its own data
Each company sees only its own data
Everything a team records is stored under its company’s name, and the application only shows each user the data of their own company. We check this with automated tests on every change to the code.
Permissions by role
The road operator, the control room and the office coordinator each have their own access: each person sees and does what their job requires.
Passwords kept safe
Passwords are never stored as they are: they are turned into a code that cannot be reversed, so nobody can read them, not even our team.
Technically: hashed with bcrypt.
Photos and sketches in Germany
The originals of the photos and sketches are stored in a data centre in Falkenstein (Germany).
Does it work without coverage?
Yes. The tablet stores everything, including photos and sketches, and sends it on its own as soon as the signal returns.
Which devices does it run on?
On the road, with the app for Android tablets. In the office, from the browser, with nothing to install.
What happens to the history I already have from previous years?
We load your starting data into ROIS —staff, vehicles, materials, price list and the geometry of your roads— so you can work from day one. If you also want the history from previous years, we will look at it with you depending on the format you have it in.
Can another company see my data?
Each company works in its own space and the application only shows it its own data. More in Security and data.
Where is the data stored?

Can I control what each person sees and does?
Yes. Each person has access according to their role and only sees and does what their job requires. More in Security and data.
Can I export the information for certification and invoicing?
